Parts Counting Scales

Count electrical components or other small parts with digital counting scales which take account of inventory with little effort. There are a number of models to choose from with varying capacities and resolutions. The smaller the part is that you need to enumerate, the lower the maximum capacity of the scale. If your weighing hardware such as screw, bolts, nails, etc. make sure the resolution of the parts counting scale is less than the weight of the component or else the scale may be unable to determine accurate results.

Our latest addition of counting scales includes Digi's money counters and high resolution parts counters. The DC-300 high res Series offers internal memory which can store up to 4,000 pcs or essentially an entire inventory. It also supports ethernet connectivity for networking to other counting scales. You may also attach a bench scale or floor scale to increase the scale's capacity. The other great benefit of Digi's DC-300 is its built-in printer. This allows you to track inventory while printing out reports of all your stock quantities.
